Isn’t being good, good enough? That depends on the standard. It’s probably good enough to get a pat on the back, or maybe even get nominated as person of the year. But if God made you in His image, to reflect His love, justice and
then you must ask yourself, “Am I living unselfishly? Are my motives pure in all I do? Can I even assess what that means?”
To really understand what it means to be good, we need to know God (in whom and only in whom perfect goodness is found). And we need to admit that we need help to be that good. Take some time to evaluate yourself. Think about what motivates you to do the things you do.
