As in the case of our stone wall, the presence of design is contingent on a designer and requires some level of perceivable complexity, which must exist for a specified purpose. And, we can further presume that specified complexity is an indication of intelligence, and therefore cannot be explained by natural processes.
If we find the universe meets these conditions, our most logical conclusion would be that it is the work of an intelligent designer. If so, we propose that the designer is the
God we’ve identified in our Cosmological Argument.
