Many non-Christian scientists even, acknowledge the evidence for an intelligent designer of the universe. Consider these world renowned scientists:
Without carbon we couldn't exist. The late astronomer Fred Hoyle (who originally coined the phrase "Big Bang") calculated the conditions necessary to create carbon and found the odds so astronomically small that he converted from atheism to a belief that the universe reflects a “purposeful intelligence.”
Stephen Hawing (legendary physicist, cosmologist, author, and Director of Research at the Centre for Theoretical Cosmology at University of Cambridge) writes: “The initial state of the universe must have been very carefully chosen indeed if the hot big bang model is correct…. It would be very difficult to explain why the universe should have begun in just this way, except as the act of a God who intended to create beings like us.”
