Here are more sources outside the Bible:
Cornelius Tacitus (Roman historian, ca. A.D. 112):
Writes of Jesus in his Annals: “Christus, the founder of the name, was put to death by Pontius Pilate, procurator of Judea in the reign of Tiberias.”
Pliny The Younger (Governor of Bithynia in Asia Minor [present day Turkey], ca. A.D. 112):
Wrote to the Roman emperor Trajan about Christians and their devotion to Christ.
Suetonius (Court official for Emperor Hadrian, A.D. 120):
“As the Jews were making constant disturbance at the instigation of Chrestus, he expelled them from Rome.” The New Testament writer Luke refers to the same expulsion of Jews from Rome in Acts 18:1-2.
