Jesus forgave sins, a prerogative reserved for God alone.
In Luke 5, Jesus said to a paralytic man, “Friend, your sins are forgiven.” The Pharisees and teachers of the law said to themselves, “Who is this fellow who speaks blasphemy? Who can forgive sins but God alone?” Luke says that Jesus knew their inward thoughts and told them that the Son of Man has authority to forgive sins (implying that he is God). He then healed the man of his paralysis to give credibility to his claim. Everyone around was amazed at this and praised God.
