We often realize in hindsight that “bad” circumstances in our lives were actually for the best. As we gain some perspective, we see our suffering in a different light. If this is true of us, how much more of God, who has the full perspective on our lives? Perhaps from God’s eternal perspective there’s good reasons for all of our suffering, even if we can’t see some of those reasons from our vantage point.
