Christianity never tries to deny or write off evil, or try to explain the immensity of human suffering by pointing to bad environments, ignorance, experiences that gradually corrupt people, or other external problems. Christianity accounts for evil and suffering by going to the root of the problem: we’re all born into sin because man rebelled against his Creator.
