Agreeing that truths are knowable and reflect reality allows us to have common ground to continue our quest for truth together. That's why it was important to address the issue of truth first.
Underlying our quest for truth in the Truth Challenge is the understanding that while beliefs and cultural standards change, and science brings new discoveries, truth does not change. It is true that 5+5 equals 10 in all times and cultures – whether or not anyone believes it to be true. We hope to show you that in the same way, truths about God, man, and salvation are not relative to culture.
